| Expenditure Division > | Introduction | Budget Unit | CTA Budgetary Process | Expenditure Unit | Expenditure Unit 1- It looks after the economic policies of the Central Tibetan Administration and its rules and regulation vis-a-vis its expenditure. 2- Its also determines and fixes the salary structure of CTA employees and does periodic recommendation of additional dearness allowance from time to time before Kashag. It has to be involved in all matters relating to revision of staff compensatory allowances in respect of CTA employees. 3- It is also responsible for fixation of all staff retirement benefits like Pension and Gratuity-disbursement of the same to the retiree. It also keeps the accounts of all CTA employees Provident Fund and controls its disbursement. 4- It also controls the affairs of utilization of official vehicle, which has been centralized. 5- It is responsible for fixation of remuneration and other benefits that members other than the CTA employees appointed in the Committees/Commission formed for specific purpose. |
